TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN

  • FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS.
  • ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: 1–3 BUSINESS DAYS.
  • DELIVERIES ARE MADE TO YOUR NEAREST POSTNORD SERVICE POINT OR DIRECTLY TO YOUR MAILBOX, DEPENDING ON PACKAGE SIZE AND VALUE.

DURING PERIODS OF HIGH DEMAND, ORDER PROCESSING MAY REQUIRE 1–2 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS. WE ALWAYS WORK AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO SHIP YOUR JEWELRY WHILE ENSURING HIGH QUALITY AND CAREFUL PACKAGING.

  • ORDERS ARE PROCESSED MONDAY–FRIDAY.
  • ORDERS PLACED AFTER 14:00 WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
  • TRACKING CODES ARE SENT BY EMAIL ONCE THE ORDER LEAVES OUR FACILITY.

DELIVERY ISSUES

PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF:

  • YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED BEYOND THE ESTIMATED TIME.
  • THE PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED.
  • THE PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED.

WE WILL CONTACT POSTNORD TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION IF NEEDED. WE ARE HERE TO HELP UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

PACKAGES NOT COLLECTED FROM THE POSTNORD SERVICE POINT WILL BE RETURNED TO US AFTER THE HOLD PERIOD.

A RETURN HANDLING FEE OF 100 KR MAY BE DEDUCTED IF THE PACKAGE IS UNCLAIMED AND NOT RETURNED THROUGH OUR STANDARD RETURN PROCESS.
